Job Title: Junior Executive Business Development Location: Coimbatore Opening : 1 Preference : Male Note : The candidate must be open to traveling across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh for client visits and assistance. Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, willing to travel, and possess good communication and coordination skills. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, supporting training-related processes, and working closely with internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong client relationships before and after training programs Follow up with clients for feedback and payments in a professional manner Coordinate with internal Operations and Training teams to ensure smooth execution of deliverables Travel to client locations when required for meetings, support, or relationship management Maintain proper records of communication, client interactions, and progress Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on client status and task completion
Requirements: Willingness to travel as per business needs Basic command for communication and reporting Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to understand client needs and respond effectively Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of relevant experience are welcome Two-wheeler will be added advantage
Budget: CTC 3 to 4.5 LPA Benefits: PF, Field Visit cover (Travel and Food)
