On non-training days, they will be required to report to the Coimbatore office.

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules for quantitative aptitude and logical

reasoning.

• Conduct engaging and interactive sessions covering problem-solving, logical reasoning, data

interpretation, and critical thinking.

• Use various teaching methods and assess students' progress through assignments and

quizzes.

• Provide personalized feedback to enhance students' analytical abilities.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure effective training materials.
• Prepare and deliver detailed training reports outlining objectives, content, methodology, and

outcomes.

• Showcase progress and achievements of participants, highlighting the impact of training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in training, focusing on quantitative aptitude and logical

reasoning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using training tools and technologies for interactive learning.
