Fivetran is looking for Junior Customer Support Engineer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer complaints.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
Identify and escalate trends or systemic issues impacting customer satisfaction.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
