Position Overview We’re on the lookout for a Junior Content Writer who is passionate about creating compelling content and excited to work in a fast-paced digital environment. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to one year of experience who are looking to grow their skills and contribute to a dynamic creative team. Key Responsibilities Create clear, engaging content in English and Malayalam for social media, blogs, websites, emailers, and print materials. Collaborate with the design, client servicing, and digital teams to develop creative concepts and content ideas. Follow brand tone, messaging, and content guidelines strictly across all deliverables. Participate in content planning sessions and support the execution of monthly content calendars. Write simple and creative captions, scripts for short videos, and support day-to-day copy needs. Ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and context while maintaining originality and creativity. Learn and apply feedback from senior writers and managers to continuously improve writing quality. Research industry trends and competitors to contribute relevant, value-driven content. Support blog writing and internal promotional content initiatives. Desired Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic understanding of digital marketing content formats and platforms. Creative thinking with a willingness to learn and adapt. Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking ability.
