Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur for a Junior Chartered Accountant. The Junior Chartered Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing corporate taxes, auditing financial transactions, and ensuring statutory compliance. Other day-to-day duties include assisting in budget planning, analyzing financial data, reconciling accounts, and supporting the senior accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and processes. Attention to detail and timeliness in meeting deadlines will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong competency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and corporate taxation
• Proficiency in auditing practices, compliance management, and statutory regulations
• Skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and data reconciliation
• Experience with accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; completed Chartered Accountant certification
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under deadlines
• Experience in retail or large-scale business financial systems is a plus
