Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail FMCG position located in Jodhpur. The role involves daily engagement with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, promoting products, and handling retail sales. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall goals of Shubham K Mart.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Retail Sales and Product Knowledge
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Experience in FMCG retail is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is beneficial
