Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Chartered Accountant for a full-time, on-site role based in Chhattisgarh, India. The responsibilities include assisting in preparing financial statements, managing accounting records, reconciling accounts, and supporting internal audits. The role also involves ensuring compliance with taxation laws, preparing budget forecasts, and assisting with financial reporting to the senior management team. You will be expected to collaborate across departments and contribute to the financial planning and accuracy of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Taxation compliance
• Proficiency in Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning
• Familiarity with Audit Procedures, Internal Control Systems, and Account Reconciliation
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or other relevant tools
• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field; Chartered Accountant certification is mandatory
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in retail or similar industries is advantageous
