Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Buyer, located in Chakan. The Junior Buyer will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, managing supplier relationships, conducting market research, and negotiating contracts. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and supplier management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
