Junior Backend Developer

• Develop, test, and maintain server-side code using Java, Node.js, or similar modern stacks.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• 0–2 years experience in backend development with Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query optimisation.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, unit testing, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Good problem-solving abilities and clear written and verbal communication.
• Preferred
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Experience with containerisation tools such as Docker.
• Understanding of microservices, message queues, or event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Jira or similar tools.
