✨ About the Role

end-to-end project development

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing

  concept designs, layouts, 3D models, and presentations

• Work on municipal drawings

  , approvals, UDCPR/DCPR compliance, and development potential studies
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants
• Support in

  redevelopment & SRA project documentation

  , feasibility studies, and area statements
• Prepare

  working drawings

  , detail drawings, and GFC documentation
• Prepare renders, walkthroughs, and client presentations
• Conduct site visits for design supervision and quality checks
• Work with the team on

  concept planning, massing, and FSI utilization

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong command over

  AutoCAD

  ,

  SketchUp

  ,

  Revit

  ,

  Photoshop

  ,

  MS Office

• Understanding of DCPR 2034 & UDCPR 2020

• Good design sense, detailing skills, and visualization ability

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication & coordination skills

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch)
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers welcome)
