🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing

  architectural drawings

  , feasibility studies, and layout plans as per

  DCPR 2034 / UDCPR 2020

  .
• Support in

  FSI analysis

  ,

  area statements

  , and

  redevelopment comparison reports

  .
• Coordinate with

  structural, MEP, and legal teams

  for technical and statutory documentation.
• Prepare

  presentation drawings

  ,

  tender documents

  , and

  approval-stage submissions

  (IOD / CC / OC).
• Conduct

  site visits

  and prepare

  progress / status reports

  for ongoing projects.
• Assist senior architects and PMC teams in

  developer proposal evaluations

  and

  planning meetings

  .

🔹 Skills & Software

• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD

  ,

  MS Office

  , and

  SketchUp

  .
• Knowledge of

  Photoshop, Revit, Lumion, or Enscape

  is an added advantage.
• Understanding of

  redevelopment process

  ,

  FSI norms

  , and

  building regulations

  .
• Strong coordination, documentation, and presentation skills.

🔹 Qualification

• Intern Architect:

  B.Arch / M.Arch student (Final Year preferred).

• Junior Architect:

  B.Arch with

  0–2 years

  of professional experience.
