The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage design development, client coordination, and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate, detailed, and comprehensive working drawings for project execution. Develop conceptual layouts that balance aesthetics, space optimization, and functionality. Create 3D models and visualisations to communicate design intent effectively. Handle residential project planning , understanding client needs, lifestyle, and design direction. Manage projects from concept to completion , including client meetings, vendor coordination, and site supervision. Select materials, review construction details, and ensure feasibility and quality at every stage. Required Skills & Expertise Proficiency in AutoCAD, ZDWG, Revit, Photoshop , and relevant design tools. Strong understanding of materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing . Ability to translate concepts into clear, functional, and visually strong layouts. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Eligibility Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and residential projects. Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).
