Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Kochi. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling accounting tasks such as maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The role includes processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The Junior Accountant will work to support daily accounting activities and provide assistance during audits.

Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel

2-3 years of relevant work experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Must be well versed in accounting tasks like GST filing, ITR filing and other documents of the company.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
