Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and motivated Architect to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibilities, technical proficiency, and most importantly — a positive, ownership-driven attitude with the desire to grow and contribute meaningfully to the organization. Key Responsibilities Work on architectural design, detailing, and execution for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. Prepare and present design concepts, working drawings, and 3D models. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. Handle project documentation, BOQs, and drawing sets with precision and timeliness. Take initiative in solving design and technical challenges, ensuring smooth project progress. Required Skills & Software Proficiency AutoCAD – Excellent drafting and detailing skills. SketchUp / Revit – Strong 3D modeling and visualization ability. Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray – Rendering and presentation experience. Adobe Photoshop / InDesign / Illustrator – For layouts, presentations, and conceptual graphics.
