Role Description

Were looking for a Relationship Intern to join our growing team at our Kochi/Alappuzha office. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for someone eager to work closely with our Customer Relationship Specialist and support end-to-end customer lifecycle management.

Youll play a key role in engaging with customers, helping with onboarding, assisting with payment follow-ups, ensuring ticketing system usage, and maintaining strong customer communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of new customers and track their service initiation
  • Follow up on pending or failed payments via calls or messages
  • Monitor customer usage of our Ticketing Machine and flag non-usage
  • Record customer queries and complaints and escalate where needed
  • Maintain accurate call logs and CRM updates
  • Assist in collecting feedback and sharing updates or offers with customers
  • Work with the CRS to improve customer experience based on insights

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM usage is a plus)
  • Ability to handle field and phone interactions effectively
  • Fluent in Malayalam; proficiency in English is an advantage
  • Final-year students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply
