We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record keeping, and support overall business accounting functions. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Zoho Books, along with a solid understanding of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and compliance filing. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP or Zoho Books. Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and trial balances. Handle sales, purchase, debit/credit notes, and expense accounting. Ensure timely and accurate GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations. Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts. Coordinate with auditors, CA, and management for compliance and financial reporting. Generate MIS reports and assist in financial analysis when required. Maintain organized documentation of financial transactions and vouchers. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred). 2–5 years of accounting experience in a trading, manufacturing, or FMCG setup. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Zoho Books. Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, vendor ledgers, and credit management. Working knowledge of MS Excel for reports and reconciliation. Ability to manage multiple entities’ accounts and maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timely reporting.
