The Junior Accountant will support the finance department with routine accounting operations including data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting support. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to grow in a dynamic and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system. Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice entry and payment tracking. Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly. Prepare supporting documentation for audits and financial reports. Maintain and organize financial records in physical and digital formats. Assist with payroll entries and statutory compliance tasks (GST, TDS, etc.). Support the month-end and year-end close processes. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies. Assist senior accountants with financial analysis and budgeting support. Stock Management. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent). 0–2 years of accounting or finance experience (internship experience also considered). Working knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software preferred. Strong Excel skills and comfort with numbers and data accuracy. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
