Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting transactions using Tally or similar ERP platforms. Prepare and reconcile books of accounts , ledgers , and bank statements regularly. Support in the preparation and filing of GST , TDS , and other statutory returns. Manage vendor and customer accounts, including invoice generation and reconciliation . Monitor accounts payable and receivable , ensuring timely payments and collections. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and preparation of financial statements. Prepare necessary schedules and documentation for internal and external audits. Maintain records for fixed assets , depreciation schedules, and journal entries. Collaborate with the finance team on budgeting, forecasting , and cost control activities. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce ( B.Com / M.Com ) or CA (Inter) . 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally ERP, SAP, or Zoho Books . Strong knowledge of accounting standards , tax laws , and regulatory compliances . High attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team . Preferred Skills: Prior experience in the infrastructure or manufacturing industry. Familiarity with GST portal , TDS deductions , and ROC compliance .

We are looking for a skilled Structural Design Engineer with hands-on experience in designing high-raised industrial sheds and solar mounting structures . The candidate should possess strong structural analysis skills, be proficient with relevant design software, and have a solid understanding of applicable codes and standards. 1. Structural Design of High-Raised Sheds: Structural design and analysis of steel buildings including warehouses, factory sheds, and PEB structures. Detailing of components such as columns, rafters, trusses, purlins, sag rods, and bracing. Ensure compliance with IS codes and project-specific requirements. Coordinate with architects, fabricators, and execution teams to ensure successful project implementation. 2. Solar Mounting Structure Design: Design and optimization of rooftop and ground-mounted solar support structures (steel/aluminum). Perform structural calculations, layout preparation, and wind load analysis. Support geotechnical assessments and foundation designs (pile/raft/micropile). Review and finalize fabrication/shop drawings and support the construction team with design clarifications. 3. Software & Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with structural software like STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD, SketchUp , and FEA analysis tools . Use MS Excel for structural calculations, documentation, and reporting. 4. Documentation & Coordination: Prepare structural calculation reports, general arrangement (GA) drawings, and fabrication drawings. Participate in technical discussions and design reviews with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Review and comment on vendor drawings for structural adequacy and compliance. Key Skills Required: Strong knowledge of steel structure design for PEB and solar applications. Familiarity with IS 800, IS 875, IS 456, NBC , and other relevant standards. Understanding of solar structure loading (wind, seismic, dead/live loads). Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Experience working with solar EPC or industrial construction companies is an advantage. Knowledge of fabrication methods and erection practices. Awareness of renewable energy sector trends and structural design optimization.
