MÉRCI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our luxury home décor boutique. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about retail, people management, and creating an outstanding shopping experience. If you are a self-starter with the ability to manage a team, enhance sales, and drive store performance, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations, sales, and customer engagement. Maintain high standards of store presentation and product display. Build strong relationships with clients, offering personalized shopping experiences. Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination. Train and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
