Role Overview We are looking for a visionary Creative Director who can define and drive the visual and storytelling direction of Fizzy Goblet across product, content, and campaigns. You will lead our creative team and collaborate across departments to ensure that every touch point from a shoe box to a reel feels distinctly Fizzy. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the visual identity of the brand across all platforms. Set seasonal campaign themes, narratives, and visual directions in sync with product and business goals. Create creative frameworks that balance storytelling with performance. Conceptualize and oversee all photo/video shoots (lookbooks, campaigns, social content, collabs, etc.). Guide styling, casting, locations, props, and shot lists. Partner with photographers, editors, and influencers to ensure quality and cohesion. Work closely with design, social, marketing, and product teams. Align with performance marketing to optimize creative for ROI. Collaborate on offline touchpoints (retail, packaging, events) to maintain brand consistency. Lead and mentor the in-house creative team (graphic designers, stylists, copywriters, etc.). Review and elevate all brand-facing creative assets. Manage timelines and approvals, ensuring creative excellence and speed. Requirements: 6-10 years of creative leadership experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands. A strong portfolio of campaign, content, and brand-building work. Proven ability to translate business and product strategy into visual storytelling. Strong aesthetic sense, deep cultural insight, and trend awareness. Great taste, but also scrappy and execution-oriented. Passion for Indian crafts, fashion, and bold ideas. Bonus Points If You: Have experience directing influencer or social-first content.
