Job Title: Junior Accountant
Location: Primarily Bhiwandi (with occasional visits to Fort & Thane)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team and support daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities: - Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions using Tally and Refrens. -
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations. - Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs), Proforma Invoices (PIs), and Invoices. - Maintain petty cash, expense tracking, and staff reimbursements. - Assist in all tax compliances including GST, TDS, VAT, and Excise. -
Reconcile bank accounts and vendor ledgers regularly. - Prepare financial documents, statements, and MIS reports in Excel. - Support senior accountants with monthly closings, audits, and statutory filings. - Ensure proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field. - Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Refrens, and MS Excel.
- Experience in preparing financial documents, invoices, and reports. - Basic understanding of GST, TDS, VAT, and Excise compliance. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills.
