JOB VACANCY: JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (Immediate Joining)

Position Summary

We are a rapidly growing uniform manufacturing company seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate daily financial records and ensuring compliance within our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do)

• Daily Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Voucher Management: Handle and record all accounting vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal, Contra) in Tally.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable (A/P & A/R): Assist in processing vendor invoices, verifying payments, and managing customer collections.
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations.
• Statutory Compliance Support: Assist the senior team with preparing data for monthly and quarterly GST/TDS filings.
• Inventory Record Keeping: Maintain accurate stock ledgers and assist in physical inventory verification.
• Reporting: Prepare daily cash flow reports and ledger summaries as required by management.

Required Profile & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical, hands-on experience in an accounting role.
• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree is mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Must have excellent working knowledge and proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Qualities: High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and strong work ethic.
• Location: Must be based near or willing to commute easily to Sector 67, Noida.

Compensation & Application

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance).
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
