Junior Accountant

We are expanding our team and seeking a talented Junior Accountant to handle daily financial operations, vendor management, and purchase coordination with accuracy and professionalism.

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Junior Accountant proficient in Tally ERP, creditor management, and purchase accounting. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in Hindi and English for effective coordination with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.
• Manage creditor accounts, invoices, and vendor payments accurately.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for billing, materials, and payment tracking.
• Prepare and update monthly financial reports, ledgers, and statements.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of bills, receipts, and vouchers.
• Communicate effectively in Hindi and English with vendors and clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com or M.Com degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory for client communication.
• Female candidates preferred, though male candidates are welcome to apply.
