Job Title: Accounts Executive – Reconciliation Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years Reporting To: Sr. Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive – Reconciliation to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B portal reconciliation , including payments and returns, and will support the financial operations by ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely resolution of discrepancies. Key Responsibilities: B2B Portal Reconciliation: Reconcile payments and returns from B2B eCommerce portals (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Ensure accurate tracking of receivables, deductions, and claims. Payment Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with platforms and clients for pending payments. Maintain a tracker for overdue invoices and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Invoice and GRN Matching: Match supplier invoices with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) to validate purchases. Investigate and resolve mismatches or missing documentation. Returns and GRN Matching: Reconcile product returns with GRNs issued and ensure proper accounting entries. Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain team for timely updates. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare periodic reconciliation reports and share discrepancies with stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for audit readiness. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts reconciliation, preferably in the eCommerce or retail industry. Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho, SAP) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with eCommerce B2B portals and their payment cycles. Understanding of logistics and return flow processes in eCommerce. Experience in handling high-volume transactions and reconciliations.
