Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive – Orders to join our e-commerce operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfilment process, ensuring timely dispatch, accurate reporting, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a must for daily tracking and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage daily order processing from various sales channels (website, marketplaces, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely order dispatch and delivery
• Track and update order status in internal systems and Excel trackers
• Reconcile dispatched vs undelivered/cancelled orders and update reports accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipping data, and exceptions
• Work with the customer support team to resolve order-related queries or delays
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly order and dispatch reports using Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth order fulfillment operations
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in the order management workflow

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel – especially VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
• Good understanding of e-commerce operations and order lifecycle
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of data and orders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

• HSC or Graduation is a must
• 1–2years of experience in e-commerce operations or order management
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
