Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive – Returns to manage and streamline the product return processes for our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling returns logistics, coordination with warehouses and customers, and strong command over Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data tracking and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily return orders and ensure timely processing and resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and customer service teams to ensure smooth return pickups and restocking.
• Track return-related data and generate daily/weekly reports using Excel.
• Analyze return trends and suggest process improvements to reduce return rates.
• Maintain accurate records of returned goods, reasons for return, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding return timelines, refund processes, and product conditions.
• Handle escalations related to return issues and provide prompt resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Commerce, or Logistics).
• 1–3 years of experience in operations or returns management in an e-commerce setup.
• Proficient in MS Excel – must be comfortable using VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas for data analysis.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of inventory and order management systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with Excel
• Ecommerce experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
