Position – Accounts Executive
Location- Thane (W)Experience- 3 yrs

We are seeking to hire a suitable candidate for the Accounts Department to support our growing operational needs. The primary job profile will focus on B2B sales invoicing and related accounting correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and issuance of Sales Invoices for B2B customers.
• Recording and reconciliation of Purchase Orders (POs) in the accounting system.
• Handling of Credit Notes and Debit Notes as per customer and internal requirements.
• Maintaining proper documentation for all B2B transactions.
• Coordinating with Sales and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of B2B invoicing procedures and accounting entries.
• Hands-on experience in Purchase Order entries and reconciliation.
• Good understanding of Credit/Debit Note processing and related statutory compliance.
• Basic proficiency in accounting software (FCA Integral or similar will be an added advantage).
• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
