Job Description

Job Title: EV Coordinator

Location: Thane West
Department: Customer Support
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EV Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination between dealers and customers. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and problem-solving capabilities to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and dealers for EV orders.
  • Coordinate and assign orders to customers based on dealer availability and requirements.
  • Track order status, delivery timelines, and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Escalate issues or delays with dealers and customers to the relevant teams for quick resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, assignments, and communications.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on order progress, challenges, and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 0-1 years of experience in coordination, customer service, or operations (EV/Automotive sector preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Language proficiency (mandatory): Hindi, Marathi, and English (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
