Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor & client payments.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support in MIS reporting and cost analysis for management review.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, and other financial regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
• Payroll Support:
• Assist HR/Finance team in payroll processing and verifying related data.
• Travel & Field Support:
• Travel to other iKure centers/locations as required for audits, financial coordination, and verification of field accounts.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Willingness to travel as per organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹24,518.89 per month
