Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Medical Director to lead and oversee all medical and clinical initiatives within the organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the medical and scientific integrity of our programs, providing strategic direction, and driving excellence across research, clinical operations, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep clinical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for advancing healthcare outcomes through evidence-based practices and innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic medical leadership across all research, clinical, and operational activities. Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of clinical trials and research studies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Serve as the primary medical representative in internal leadership discussions and external engagements with regulators, academic institutions, partners, and key opinion leaders (KOLs). Review, interpret, and communicate clinical and scientific data to support organizational goals and initiatives. Guide the development of medical content including clinical study protocols, scientific publications, regulatory documents, and strategic medical plans. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial functions to align medical strategy with organizational objectives. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals and clinical staff. Support the development of risk management plans, safety monitoring, and adverse event reporting systems. Contribute to strategic planning and organizational growth from a medical perspective. Required Qualifications & Experience: MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree (Postgraduate specialization in relevant field preferred) Minimum 1015 years of progressive experience in clinical research, medical affairs, or healthcare leadership roles Demonstrated experience in clinical development, regulatory affairs, and medical governance In-depth understanding of medical ethics, patient safety, and quality standards in clinical settings Proven track record of cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills Experience in interacting with regulatory authorities and health policy bodies is highly desirable

About the Role: Why This Position Matters The Project Lead Maternal Health Innovation will anchor one of iKures most strategic initiatives: transforming maternal health outcomes in rural and low-resource settings through a holistic, tech-enabled, and scalable care model. This is a systems leadership role, where you'll bridge community and institutional care, drive innovation across the maternal care continuum, and integrate with public health networks like Manyata to improve outcomes and set national benchmarks for dignified, impactful care. Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Leadership Lead design, rollout, and impact optimization of a maternal health delivery model that spans the full continuum of care. Embed cutting-edge innovations (AI diagnostics, remote monitoring, digital protocols) into delivery frameworks. Ensure high-quality care coordination and follow-up across touchpoints. Health Systems Integration (B2B) Drive strong operational linkages with the Manyata network and other quality-assured facilities to improve referral pathways. Engage with ASHAs, ANMs, PHCs, and district authorities to embed iKures model within the public health system. Align project goals with national priorities like RMNCH+A, JSY, JSSK, and LaQshya. Community Engagement & B2C Delivery Oversee last-mile service delivery via CHWs, mobile clinics, and digital health tools. Design outreach and education campaigns to increase awareness and uptake of maternal health services. Use a B2C approach to deliver personalized care at scale. Partnerships & Stakeholder Development Build relationships with government bodies, NGOs, research institutions, and donor agencies. Represent iKure in forums that shape the future of maternal and child health delivery in India. Monitoring, Learning & Reporting Design M&E systems to track ANC/PNC coverage, high-risk pregnancy interventions, and care continuity. Use data insights to refine strategy and report impact to internal and external stakeholders. Capacity Building Train and empower ASHAs, ANMs, CHWs, and internal teams on maternal care protocols and digital workflows. Foster a collaborative learning culture within the team. Required Qualifications Masters degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 7 to 12 years of experience in maternal health or public health systems, ideally in rural or low-income settings. In-depth knowledge of Indias maternal health ecosystem, including JSY, JSSK, Manyata, and RMNCH+A. Demonstrated leadership in managing large-scale programs with innovation and systems thinking. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Attributes Experience working with ASHAs/ANMs and CHWs. Familiarity with digital health tools, telemedicine, and AI/ML applications in MCH. Exposure to donor-funded programs or government partnerships. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to support our ground-level logistics and inventory operations. This role will be critical in ensuring timely movement and availability of medical supplies, consumables, devices, and equipment across our health centers and field operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision in rural or semi-urban settings. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end movement of medical supplies and equipment across iKure health hubs. Work closely with vendors, transporters, warehouse teams, and health workers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Maintain inventory records, ensure stock accuracy, and help with regular audits. Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks in the field. Provide daily/weekly reporting of stock movement, consumption patterns, and needs forecasting to the central operations team. Ensure documentation of delivery receipts, gate passes, GRNs, and other records. Support procurement processes by assisting with vendor follow-up, order tracking, and quality checks. Adhere to all SOPs and maintain compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Minimum Qualification : Higher Secondary (12th pass); Graduation/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus. Experience : 13 years of work experience in supply chain/logistics, especially in healthcare, FMCG, or rural distribution is preferred. Prior field experience in rural or semi-urban areas is a strong advantage. Familiarity with basic computer tools (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, Email, etc.). Basic understanding of inventory and supply management principles. Desired Skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in dynamic environments. Language & Communication Able to speak local language(s); basic Hindi and English for reporting. Should be able to use WhatsApp, basic Excel/Sheets , and make calls independently.
