Key Responsibilities: Ø Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ø Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies. Ø Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data. Ø Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Ø Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Ø Assist with internal and external audits. Ø Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff. Ø Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support business decisions. Ø Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings. Ø Implement and improve accounting policies and procedures. Required Qualifications: Ø Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Ø Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on senior or managerial roles. Ø Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations Ø Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel Ø Experience in managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Ø Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis. Ø Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills.
