Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Design:
• Design engaging graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital and print media (social media, brochures, presentations, infographics, reports, etc.).
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Content Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create designs aligned with campaigns.
• Support internal teams with visual requirements for events, presentations, and documentation.
• UI/UX Support (Basic):
• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for websites, mobile applications, or internal tools (basic exposure preferred).
• Innovation & Trends:
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity and output quality.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Creativity with attention to detail and ability to deliver within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design (portfolio required).

Other Requirements:

• Must have own laptop with required design software.
• Comfortable working from office, 5 days a week.

Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,344.94 per month
