Job Description

Seeking a Dynamic Junior Accountant for an FMCG brand based in Pune.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Handle data entry and bookkeeping using Tally and Excel.
Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely vendor and client payments.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure clear financial communication.
Maintain and update financial records in Zoho CRM for tracking orders, payments, and collections.
Support audits and compliance-related tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
Proficiency in Tally or Zoho Books, Microsoft Excel, and basic use of Zoho CRM.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
