Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements.

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries.

  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory taxes.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and track cash flow.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities as needed.

  • Handle payroll processing and related statutory compliances (EPF, ESI).

  • Assist in preparing financial reports for audits and compliance requirements.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

  • Support the finance team in tax planning and filing of income tax returns.

  • Utilize Tally for all accounting and financial management tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Good understanding of GST, TDS and Tally
