Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks will include bookkeeping, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, processing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with audits. The role requires close collaboration with the finance team to support the overall financial health and strategy of the organization. Qualifications Knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPA) are a plus Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is advantageous Show more Show less
