Junior Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Account Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on Taxation, GST compliance, and Banking Documentation. The candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, ledger posting, and reconciliations.
• Support in GST return preparation, filing, and compliance.
• Assist in TDS calculations, challan preparation, and filing of returns.
• Maintain and organize banking documentation such as account statements, loan documents, LC, BG, etc.
• Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Assist in audit preparation and statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI where applicable).
• Ensure timely updating of records and documentation as per company and regulatory requirements.
• Provide support to the senior accounts team for month-end and year-end closings.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Practices.
• Basic understanding of Taxation, GST & TDS.
• Familiarity with Banking procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, or other accounting software.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
