Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Jr. Sous Chef to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 8-25 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Conduct quality control checks on food presentation, taste, and portioning.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Jr. Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control measures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
