- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other platforms. - Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards. - Support background checks, document collection, and onboarding processes. - Collaborate with the HR team to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. - Generate recruitment-related reports as needed. Key Skills Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices. - Familiarity with job portals (eg, Naukri, LinkedIn) is an advantage. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Experience: - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 01 year of experience in recruitment or HR internship preferred. - Freshers with good communication skills and interest in HR are welcome to apply.
