We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Jr. Communication Strategist & Content Writer to support brand communication initiatives and help craft meaningful messaging across multiple platforms. Role Overview

As a Jr. Communication Strategist & Content Writer, you will play a key role in translating brand strategy into clear, engaging, and purposeful messaging. You will work closely with strategy, design, and marketing teams to craft content that strengthens brand identity and communicates ideas with clarity and impact. 

You will also support in developing communication frameworks, refining content quality, and ensuring messaging consistency across campaigns and brand touchpoints. 

What You’ll Do

• Write clear, structured, and engaging brand communication across multiple formats and platforms. 
• Translate strategic inputs and brand direction into compelling narratives, hooks, and messaging lines. 
• Support in the development of brand stories, campaign messaging, and creative communication concepts. 
• Ensure content consistency by maintaining brand voice, tone, and messaging style guides. 
• Create copy for ads, websites, brochures, scripts, taglines, campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials. 
• Structure content logically with headlines, sub-headlines, and messaging flow for clarity and impact. 
• Proofread and refine content for grammar, tone, clarity, and brand alignment. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop presentation copy, concept notes, and client communication decks. 

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in content writing, brand communication, or a related role. 
• Strong command over written English with excellent grammar, structure, and storytelling ability. 
• Ability to understand brand strategy and convert it into meaningful, consumer-focused messaging. 
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for clarity, tone, and communication quality. 
• Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and communication principles. 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, creative environment. 
• A portfolio or work samples demonstrating writing ability will be a strong advantage.
