Position

Jr. Art Manager (Client & Partnerships Focus)

• Pay:

  ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month

• Probation:

  3 months (performance-based confirmation)

• Experience:

  1–2 years in

  client servicing, sales, or creative brand management or Social media

Must-Haves

• 1–2 years of experience in

  client servicing / sales / brand partnerships

• Strong

  presentation & communication skills

  (verbal + written)
• Confidence to

  pitch creative work

  and explain design value
• Ability to

  manage client relationships

  and close small-to-mid value deals
• Organized with tools like

  Notion, CRM, Google Workspace

• Based within

  commutable distance to New Delhi, Delhi, India

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in

  art, design, lifestyle, or creative industries

• Understanding of

  brand building + design language

• Experience in

  partnerships / collaborations / business development

• Awareness of

  cultural & luxury consumer trends

• Ability to support

  production/workshop coordination

  when needed
• Available to

  start immediately

• Access to a

  system for client communication & reporting

Responsibilities

• Handle

  client enquiries & partnerships

  with a “sales-through-storytelling” approach
• Present Fox My Box’s

  design language & product stories

  to potential customers
• Support

  collaborations, brand tie-ups, and events

• Manage

  workshop updates

  (Dashrath & team reporting in)
• Maintain clear

  tracking & reporting

  for projects and sales progress
• Free up creative bandwidth for Anushka by acting as

  client-facing lead
