Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting senior accountants in preparing reports and audits. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their accounting career and gain practical experience in financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Record and maintain daily financial transactions (vouchers, receipts, payments, invoices).
Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/client accounts.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Maintain compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and legal requirements.
Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.(Proffered)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (Tally, ERP, MS Excel, Word, proficiency preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and analytical skills.

Experience:

0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Freshers with internship/academic project experience in accounting will also be considered.
