Job Title: Junior Accountant

About the Role
Chai Govindam is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Junior Accountant to handle daily accounts, maintain records, and support financial operations. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and basic knowledge of accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily sales and purchase entries in accounting software
Manage petty cash, expenses, and vendor payments
Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other compliance reports
Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records
Support management in monthly closing and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (preferred)
Knowledge of Tally/Excel or any accounting software
Proper understanding of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
0–2 years of relevant experience (freshers can apply)
