Jr. Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant-cum-Compliance Junior to support our finance and statutory compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, eagerness to learn, and the ability to assist with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and day-to-day accounts. Key ResponsibilitiesAccountingAssist in daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments, Credit Notes, etc.) Support in managing accounts payable & receivables. Maintain vendor invoices, receipts, expense records, and supporting documents. Help prepare monthly MIS reports and reconciliation (bank, vendor, customer, GST). Well versed PF/ESIC/PT compliance documentation (if applicable). Compliance & StatutorySupport in monthly GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation). Assist with TDS entries, TDS returns, challans, and Form 16A issuance. Help monitor statutory compliance calendar and ensure timely submissions. Maintain all compliance-related documents and registers. Documentation & CoordinationPrepare and maintain invoice files, agreements, vendor KYC, and compliance records. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and auditors for timely data submission. Manage data entries, Excel sheets, trackers, and documentation. Required Skills & QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST/TDS). Proficient in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, MS Word. Good communication and documentation skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn compliance processes.
