Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ,immediate joiner Senior Accountant to manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, Indian tax laws, financial reporting, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

.Preference would be given to who have /are working in any school or college as a admin executive.

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / Indian GAAP)
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Liaise with internal departments and external auditors for audits and financial reviews
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
• Coordinate with tax consultants and ensure timely filing of income tax returns
• Manage fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Support the finance manager in preparing MIS reports and other financial documents

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com)
• CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred (not mandatory)
• 5–6 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Proficient in Tally or other ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: 3.6 LPA to 4.8 LPA
