This role involves engaging with prospective students (or their parents) via phone, email, and other channels to promote our academic programs and convert leads into enrolled students. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong sales skills and a passion for education. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential students, parents, or partners from provided lead databases. Explain the features, benefits, and value of the college’s academic programs. Schedule and conduct virtual or in-person counseling sessions or campus visits. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions using CRM or tracking tools. Follow up with leads regularly to drive conversions and meet enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve campaign outcomes. Participate in outreach activities like school visits, webinars, education fairs, etc. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and persuasion skills (both spoken and written). Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Education preferred). Preferred Qualifications (Optional): Prior experience in outbound sales, tele-calling, or student admissions.
