Vendor Quality Control (VQC): Visit vendor facilities for pre-dispatch inspections and quality checks as required. Coordinate with vendors for continuous quality improvement. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain daily inspection reports, rejection logs, control charts. Generate Material Deviation Reports (MDR), CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) reports, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Ensure traceability through serial number-wise component records. 5. Calibration & Equipment Monitoring: Ensure timely calibration of all measuring instruments and tools. Maintain accurate calibration records and ensure measurement reliability.
