Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laptop & Desktop Technician, located in Vasai. The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining computer hardware, peripherals, and networking systems. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing hardware support for desktops and laptops, and offering technical expertise in printer support and network setup or maintenance. Qualifications Proficiency in Desktop Computers, including hardware and software installation, configuration, and upgrades Experience in Computer Repair and Troubleshooting, with an emphasis on diagnosing and resolving technical issues Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve end-user issues efficiently Knowledge and skills in Printer Support, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service Capability to work independently and manage on-site technical support effectively Experience with networking and computer peripherals is a plus Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+ or equivalent) are beneficial
