Key Responsibilities Recruit Insurance Managers (IMs) as per the business plan. Activate and engage IMs monthly in line with set targets. Maintain productivity levels of active advisors. Train, mentor, and support agents to achieve career progression (TA SA AO) as per agency structure. Generate new business and acquire customers for Life and Non-Life segments. Ensure participation in all company meetings and training programs. Conduct at least 2 joint calls daily. Hold regular meetings with reporting agents. Review performance weekly with reporting manager. Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines. Competencies Requirements Graduate (minimum qualification). 2 10 years of experience in Sales (preferably Insurance/Financial Services). Strong team management and business development skills. Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
