Value re-engineering of existing products to improve quality and reduce cost. 15. Execute design & development projects of new products in coordination with the cross-functional team. 16. Oversee technology transfer activities from the development group or from vendors to manufacturing. 17. Identify criticalities/challenges in the project and implement corrective actions. Identify new technology, Products, manufacturing, assess the feasibility and prepare the solution by coordinating with internal development or external development team. Identify & obtain required certifications for developing products by coordinating with internal / external entities. 20. Scout for required equipments to automate the manufacturing process and Analyze trends, identify growth areas, perform feasibility study and quantifying opportunities for new products development.
