Lead Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
• Utilize various lead generation techniques, including telesales and online research, to identify prospects.
• Provide exceptional customer support and service to ensure a positive experience for potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to nurture relationships and encourage engagement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Lead Generation Executive position will possess the following qualifications:

• 0 to 4 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or customer support.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
